Triassic is actively involved in recruiting and training the geologists of tomorrow, as well as upgrading the skills base of those already within the industry.

Triassic has employed and developed dozens of graduates, passing on valuable experience, knowledge and training. After a short period of time graduates are able to work independently and confidently on projects throughout Australia’s Eastern States. Our commitment to ‘on the job training’, where graduates get on-site training by senior geologists, has led to Triassic employing many able, confident and specialised professionals able to handle a variety of roles within the industry.

Triassic considers training to be one of our strongest points. Whether from graduate level or experienced, Triassic actively engages in career development of each and every member of the team. We will train and help guide staff members in the direction they wish to go, whether it’s field geology, highwall mapping, geotech, coal quality, resource modeling, database validation/management, project management, well completion, coal gasification, or any of the various specialisations within the diverse projects in which we work.

But coal related resources aren’t the only focus of Triassic. Through our colleagues, we are constantly in touch with hard rock clients, engineering firms, geotechnical firms, and more –because Triassic never wants to stagnate, and endeavours to establish ourselves as a professional and diverse company throughout the Mineral and Energy industries. To this end we are always seeking graduates and experienced industry professionals with the skills and ability to join us in moving into new and exciting fields.
